Teen Mentoring Program

The Teen Mentoring Program provides mentoring services to ten adolescents between the ages of twelve (12) to twenty-one (21) who are involved in the Department of Children and Families Divisions of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) and/or the Children's System of Care (CSOC).

The Youth Program coordinator provides one on one mentoring to the program participants.  The program participants are provided with life skills and academic support.  The Teen Mentoring participants are also encouraged to attend the summer program
